Myocle is designed as a privacy-first wellbeing and safer social platform. This policy explains the information we collect, how it is used, and the rights users have over their data.
1. Account and profile data
We may collect account details, profile information, login details, settings, preferences, trusted contact choices, and support enquiries needed to operate Myocle.
2. User-generated content
We may process content users create or share, including posts, messages, social content, Glow Up Wall activity, Friend Zone content, uploaded media, reports, and feedback.
3. Journal and Vault content
Vault and journal content may include private reflections, goals, routines, milestones, growth history, sharing choices, and PGIS preferences. Users choose what remains private and what may be shared.
4. Moderation and safety signals
Myocle may process reports, blocked content, moderation outcomes, harmful interaction signals, support signals, and AI-supported safety outputs to help moderate harmful interactions.
5. Analytics and diagnostics
We may use analytics, diagnostics, crash data, device type, and feature usage information to maintain reliability, improve the product, and understand what needs support.
6. Location and safety features
Location is used only when enabled for safety features such as trusted contact alerts or panic-related tools. Access depends on user permissions and device settings.
7. Payments
Payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Myocle does not store full payment card details.
8. Data sharing and deletion
We do not sell user data. Users may request access, correction, account deletion, or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting myoclewellness@gmail.com.
9. Age and safety disclaimer
Myocle is designed for users 13+. Myocle is not a medical, clinical, emergency, or crisis service and is not a replacement for professional care or emergency services.
