1. Protected Materials
Myocle copyright materials may include website copy, app copy, promotional posters, icons, logos, character artwork, Monkey and Coach visuals, screenshots, interface designs, source boards, diagrams, workflows, product descriptions, safety text, app-store materials, investor materials, and related creative works owned or controlled by Myocle or its licensors.
2. Restrictions
Unless you have written permission, you must not copy, reproduce, publish, redistribute, upload, sell, licence, modify, adapt, scrape, train on, commercially exploit, or create confusingly similar versions of Myocle copyright materials. You also must not remove copyright notices, attribution, watermarks, metadata, or usage restrictions.
3. Limited Personal Use
You may view the Myocle website and app materials for personal, non-commercial use as part of using or evaluating the service. This does not allow republication, commercial use, cloning, resale, unauthorised app creation, or use in competing products.
4. User Content
Users keep ownership of their own content, subject to the Myocle Terms and any rights held by others. Users must not upload content that infringes another person's copyright or other rights.
5. Copyright Concerns and Takedown Requests
If you believe content on Myocle infringes your copyright, email myoclewellness@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, the relevant URL or account, your contact details, your authority to act, and a clear explanation of the issue. Myocle may remove, restrict, preserve, or request more information about disputed content.
6. Repeat or Serious Infringement
Myocle may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously infringe copyright or misuse protected materials. Myocle may also preserve records where needed for legal, safety, or dispute reasons.
