Intellectual Property Policy

This policy explains ownership of Myocle platform materials, user content permissions, brand protections, and infringement reporting.
1. Ownership
Myocle owns its app design, website and app content, branding, logo, software, code, interface elements, AI-supported platform systems, safety systems, text, graphics, and other platform materials.
2. User content licence
Users keep ownership of content they create, but grant Myocle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, process, moderate, and operate that content for the platform.
3. Trademark and brand protection
Myocle, the Myocle logo, product names, visual identity, Monkey Companion, Coach, and associated brand elements may not be copied or used without permission.
4. AI, PGIS, and platform protection
Myocle's AI-supported systems, moderation technology, PGIS concept and branding, growth logic, and safety mechanisms are proprietary and must not be copied, reverse engineered, extracted, or reproduced.
5. Infringement reporting
To report intellectual property concerns, contact myoclewellness@gmail.com with a description of the issue, proof of ownership, and relevant links or materials.
