1. Patent-Pending and Developing Systems
Myocle may include systems, workflows, designs, methods, or product concepts that are patent-pending, intended for patent consideration, under development, confidential, proprietary, or otherwise protected. These may relate to AI Bodyguard, Content Sanitisation, PGIS growth logic, Monkey progression, Coach guidance, safety workflows, support pathways, routine systems, app-store readiness workflows, and related platform features.
2. No Overstatement of Protection
Use of the phrase Patent Pending does not mean every Myocle feature is patented, registered, granted, or protected in every jurisdiction. Protection status may differ by feature, date, country, filing status, ownership, confidentiality, and applicable law.
3. Restrictions
You must not copy, reverse engineer, clone, scrape, publish, disclose, commercially use, or build competing versions of Myocle systems, workflows, interfaces, safety processes, companion progression logic, PGIS logic, AI-assisted protection flows, or confidential materials without written permission.
4. No Licence or Disclosure Permission
Viewing the Myocle website, app, early access materials, investor materials, prototypes, product descriptions, screenshots, or public pages does not grant a licence to use patent-pending, proprietary, confidential, or developing systems. Public descriptions are provided for user understanding and product communication only.
