This page explains how Myocle users can request account deletion and associated data deletion for the Myocle website, mobile apps, early access, community features, wellbeing features, AI-assisted tools, and related services.

Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Myocle account and associated personal information, email myoclewellness@gmail.com with the subject line Myocle Account Deletion Request.
Please send the request from the email address connected to your Myocle account where possible. If Myocle cannot verify the request from the account email, additional verification may be required before the account or data is deleted.
What to Include
- the email address connected to your Myocle account;
- your Myocle username or profile name if you have one;
- a clear request to delete the account and associated data;
- whether you also need help cancelling a subscription purchased through an app store.
Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, government identity documents, or highly sensitive personal details unless Myocle specifically requests a safer verification method.
Data Usually Deleted or De-identified
When a verified deletion request is processed, Myocle will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account where reasonably possible. This may include account profile data, user-generated content, reflections, routines, Vault content, community content tied to the account, AI feature history, support preferences, trusted contact settings, and app settings.
Data That May Need to Be Retained
Some information may need to be retained for a limited period or longer where reasonably required for legal, safety, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, moderation, audit, tax, accounting, dispute, platform compliance, or backup reasons. Examples may include safety reports, moderation records, legal correspondence, purchase records, security logs, deletion request records, and records needed to protect users or respond to lawful requests.
Timing
Myocle aims to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time after receipt and identity verification. Some deletions may take longer where backup expiry, app-store records, legal obligations, safety investigations, or third-party provider processes are involved. Myocle will aim to explain any material delay where appropriate.
Subscriptions and App Store Purchases
Deleting a Myocle account does not always cancel subscriptions or purchases managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. If you purchased a subscription through an app store, you may need to cancel it through your Apple or Google account settings. Myocle can provide guidance, but app-store billing controls are managed by the relevant platform.
In-App Deletion Path
Where account creation is available in the Myocle app, Myocle intends to provide an in-app path to delete an account or request account deletion, such as Settings > Account > Delete Account or Settings > Legal & Privacy > Request Account Deletion.
