These Terms govern use of Myocle. By accessing the app or website, users agree to use Myocle respectfully and in ways that support safer community participation.
1. Acceptable use
Users are responsible for their account activity and must use Myocle lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that supports safer community participation.
2. Prohibited conduct
Users must not bully, harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, discriminate, share illegal content, promote self-harm, or upload harmful or sexually exploitative material.
3. Moderation and reporting
Users can report harmful content. Myocle uses AI-supported moderation and review pathways to help moderate harmful interactions and maintain safer spaces.
4. Subscriptions
Some premium features may require a subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play and renew unless cancelled through the relevant platform settings. Core support and safety access remain free.
5. Account deletion and removal
Users may request account deletion by contacting Myocle. Accounts or content may be restricted, suspended, or removed when needed to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.
6. Intellectual property
Myocle brand assets, Monkey, Coach, PGIS branding, website/app content, software, and platform materials are protected. User content licences are described in the Intellectual Property Policy.
7. Medical and emergency disclaimer
Myocle is not a medical, clinical, emergency, or crisis service. It is not a replacement for therapy, professional mental health care, medical advice, emergency services, or crisis support.
