Why Myocle Was Created
Digital spaces should help people grow instead of pulling them down.
Myocle was built from lived experience.
During one of the hardest periods of my life, I was forced to confront my own cycles: mental health struggles, addiction, incarceration, home detention, and the reality that staying busy and focused was essential if I wanted to change my direction.
At the same time, I watched a close family member go through repeated hospitalisations and saw how hard it can be when people need support, structure, safety, and something positive to keep moving toward.
Myocle became a way to turn that time, pain, and forced reflection into something useful: a platform built around healthier routines, safer connection, private reflection, and encouragement-first growth.
This app has taken thousands of hours to shape, rebuild, test, document, and keep moving forward. Sometimes you have to understand the dark before you can build something that helps people find the light.
Myocle is designed for users 13+. Future family and guardian modes would require a separate child-safety, consent, privacy, and review process before any younger-user positioning.

Myocle was not built the easy way. During the early build, I experienced and documented many of the problems founders can face with modern app-building platforms: opaque development loops, token-heavy workflows, repeated rebuild cycles, unclear production pathways, export friction, and difficulty getting a production-ready app fully under my own control.
Those lessons forced me to build my own development process, release pipeline, QA system, signing setup, store workflow, website deployment, and asset-management structure. Now, that experience can help other founders avoid the same traps.
