Purpose
Why Myocle Exists & Who It's For
Myocle was created during one of the hardest periods of my life. After struggles with mental health, addiction, homelessness, incarceration, and home detention, I found myself thinking deeply about how people get stuck in negative cycles and how hard it can be to break them alone.
At the same time, a close family member was again being hospitalised with an eating disorder. I began creating a wellness and cognitive / pattern reframing app for them, but the more I built, the more I realised the problem was bigger.
Too many people, especially young people, are growing up in digital spaces shaped by bullying, negativity, comparison, gossip, pressure, and unhealthy habits. I kept asking myself: why are we giving people social media that harms mental health instead of creating something that helps protect it?
That question became Myocle.
Myocle is for people who want something better: safer social connection, real support, healthier routines, private reflection, guided growth, and a platform that uses AI in a positive way. It is for people who need encouragement, families who want safer tools, and anyone trying to break old cycles and build better ones.

The goal is simple: if harmful content can be intercepted before it becomes public, the damage is reduced before rumours, ridicule and emotional harm can grow.

PGIS is the Personal Growth Integration Supporter behind Myocle. It is the system that helps the app respond more personally to each user.
The way Myocle supports you depends on your routines, reflections, goals, progress, choices and support signals over time. This makes the experience feel more relevant, more encouraging and more useful.
Monkey and Coach are the public faces of PGIS. Monkey brings comfort, emotional support and encouragement. Coach brings structure, accountability, practical guidance and the next step forward.
Together they help make Myocle feel more human, more supportive and more responsive to what each person actually needs.
Privacy and support sharing
The Vault
The Vault is Myocle's privacy-first wellbeing space. It is designed to feel secure, intentional and protected - a place where private reflection, progress and personal information stay under the user's control.
Users can keep personal content private by default, then choose when and how to share progress, reflections or wellbeing updates with trusted supporters.
Sharing can be directed to a smaller trusted support group made up of close friends, family or a personal support team.
Safety deposit sharing
Free users can have up to 5 trusted supporters.
Premium users can have up to 8 trusted supporters.
Built for Support
